Automatic Collision Notification (ACN)

Automatic Collision Notification notifies the Emergency Call Centre automatically in the event that the vehicle detects a collision even if you are unable to place the call. The vehicle’s built-in sensors trigger this notification. Watch the video in the link below to see how it works[CS3].

In the event of a collision or serious accident your Toyota will automatically connect you with our 24/7 Toyota Emergency Assistance call centre[CS3]. If you need help or you don’t respond, we’ll contact emergency services immediately and send them to your location.

Help at the push of a button[CS2]

SOS Emergency Call (SOS)

SOS Emergency Call provides you a connection to a trained agent that can direct emergency service providers to the vehicle’s location if required. This is done by a push of the SOS button located in the overhead console. Watch the video in the link below to see how it works[CS2].

In the event of an emergency, you only need to press your dedicated SOS button to speak with one of our trained agents[CS2]. They’re available 24/7 and can direct emergency service providers to your vehicle’s location if required.

If you have a serious accident or a person inside the vehicle is experiencing a medical emergency the most important thing you can do is pull over and stop as soon as it’s safe to do so.
